1.The subject of this contract are successive deliveries of laboratory materials and accessories, divided into parts of the contract, hereinafter referred to as Packages 1 – 4:

Package 1: Supply of accessories for chemical, serological and microbiological tests;

Package 2: Delivery of products for laboratory testing

Package 3: Supply of accessories for chemical, serological and microbiological tests

Package 4: Supply of laboratory accessories

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, specifying the type and quantity of materials, in the scope of individual parts of the order, has been specified in the Assortment and Price Forms, which constitute Annexes 2.1 - 2.4 to the SWZ, respectively.

The subject of this contract is the supply of accessories for chemical, serological and microbiological tests.

The subject of this order is the supply of laboratory accessories.
