The subject of the contract are services in the field of active protection measures on land properties managed by the Łomża Forest District, located in the Natura 2000 Czerwony Bór PLH200018 area, in the Zambrów Commune.

2) The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the sum of works in the field of active protection, resulting from Annex 3 to the ToR.

3) The material scope set out in Annex 3 is estimated.

4) A detailed description of the technology for performing individual forest works (activities) included in the subject of the contract is included in Annex 4 to the ToR.

5) Descriptions of activity codes describing individual forest works (activities) included in the subject of the order are described in Annex 4 to the ToR.

6) Description of the rules of the procedure for acceptance of forest works is included in Annex 5 to the ToR.

7) The subject of the contract are services in the field of active protection measures on land properties managed by the Łomża Forest District, located in the Natura 2000 Czerwony Bór PLH200018 area, in the Zambrów Commune.

Treatments will consist in removing shrub vegetation (bushes, trees) with elevation and chipping of biomass and combating broom blast with herbicide.

8) The place of performance of the contract will be Natura 2000 Czerwony Bór PLH200018.

9) The works included in the subject of the contract will be carried out in the forest area - appropriate for the given area. The location (forest address) of individual works within the scope of the subject of the contract will be specified in the order referred to in point 3.3. point 1.

10) The provisions of items 7-9 do not prejudice the powers of the Ordering Party arising from the model public procurement contract (Annex 13 to the ToR).
