AMEOS Klinikum Anklam - extension new building
here: Tender "Building Cleaning Work"
AMEOS Klinikum Anklam is located south of Anklam city centre on Hospitalstraße. The hospital is embedded in a park-like property with old trees. It was built in the 30s of the last century and resembles the shape of an H's. In addition, there is a pavilion building on the property, which was also used for medical purposes until a few years ago. Administration and secondary use areas are currently located there. The hospital in Anklam currently has 101 beds according to hospital schedule M/V. Inpatient, day-hospital and outpatient treatments take place here. The clinic is a primary care centre and has the following specialist departments: internal medicine, surgery, obstetrics, gynecology, paediatrics, intensive care anaesthesia and psychiatry (day hospital).
The existing building has the shape of an H (with only three wings). Going north to Hospitalstraße (main entrance), it is a two-storey building with a fully developed roof. The property drops significantly to the south, so that there are some three-storey buildings here. The building was already renovated in the operating room and radiology areas at the end of the 1990s, while other areas were only partially renovated. Overall, the renovation congestion is very high, particularly affecting the building services areas. The functions and structures no longer correspond to today's standards in large parts, and this is especially true for the bed stations in the attic. The pavilion building is discontinuous.
The clinic has two access roads, one directly from Hospitalstraße, which also leads directly to the main entrance. It is the main access point for patients, supply and disposal as well as patient transport. The main entrance is on the north side. On the eastern side of the building, the access points for the assets and the lying right of way of the emergency room will be opened up. A second driveway is located on the southwest side on Mühlenstraße. This is reserved for dormant traffic (parking) in this area. As the new building is being built on the east side of the stock, the supply and disposal needs to be explored west of the inventory. Due to the narrow paths and roads, a one-way system is being planned here.
