The purpose of this consultation is to provide the services necessary for the development of the Toultreincq drinking water plant with a treatment capacity of 300 m 3 / h. The contract which will be concluded at the end of this procedure includes the studies and the services necessary for the realization of the works in accordance with the guarantees subscribed by the holder. It also includes the development, start-up, observation in industrial operation of new installations and their operation during warranty tests.

Form of market: ordinary. Award of a single market. Any additional services are provided for in the DCE.
