The heat generation plant currently in operation supplies the secondary school located at Karl-Marx-Straße 108, including the sports hall there, as well as the residential buildings in Karl-Marx-Straße 109 - 113, which are owned by the municipal Wildauer Wohnungsbaugesellschaft (WiWO), with heating water.

School and apartment blocks together required a nominal heat output of about 500 kW.

The Volkshaus opposite the school at Karl-Marx-Straße 36 is also connected to the heat generation plant at Karl-Marx-Straße 108 by means of a heating water district heating route and transfer station and requires a nominal heat output of approx. 120 kW.

In the future, further buildings of the housing association (WiWO) are to be connected with a nominal heat output of approx. 140 kW.

The new heat generation plant to be built and a CHP plant to be built should thus provide a total heat output of 760 kW.

The bidder undertakes to completely renew the wind turbine including the adaptation of the water heating and chimney system with IBN by 01.10.2023 at the latest. This renewal is carried out entirely by the bidder on the cost side.

In addition to the wind turbine, a combined heat and power plant (CHP) is to be installed by the bidder for self-generation, which is to be presented economically by means of a lifetime.

The Volkshaus, which is still to be supplied, must be taken into account in the renewal of the system technology and, if necessary, adapted and modified.

All components named so far are part of the overall system of this tender and are hereinafter referred to as the Appendix.

The newly built plant will remain the sole property and full operational management of the bidder for the entire duration of the contract.

The bidder shall hold all necessary permits for the operation of the plant and shall ensure compliance with all legally prescribed tests.

Furthermore, the bidder is responsible for the dismantling and disposal of the old plant and assumes all necessary services and costs.
