The objective of this tender is to contract one contractor to create a BI facility based on the Microsoft software (Azure, PowerBI, etc.) to be purchased by Yuverta where a user has one place to retrieve their information. At this location, both current and historical data is available and consistently across all reports. This data and their historical structure remain available even if the supply source systems change or are (temporarily) unavailable. The new BI features replace the current BI features of the three merger partners
1. Setting up and configuring the BI service on Yuverta's MS environment. The—they are based as much as possible on Yuverta's integral architecture principles, Microsoft standards and/or educational standards. In any case, this device will unlock the sources in Annex 7 so that the data is usefully loaded into the data warehouse (DWH) and complies with the common data model (CDM).
2. Management and maintenance of BI service links to the source systems. Where possible, standard docking faces are deployed.
3. Management and maintenance of the Staging “run”.
4. Initial setup and maintenance of the common data model and the logical layout of the data warehouse. The CDM is determined and maintained together with Yuverta. The le vendor will ensure the operational execution of the CDM.
5. Initial provision and maintenance of any data doctor (or similar solutions) with specific and preparatory or non-reporting datasets.
6. Initial development and management of reports, dashboards, etc., in close collaboration with the client.
7. Optional detachable services for further developing reporting and BI services as a whole
