The subject of the contract is the execution in the territory of Protective Circuits Curves, Leszczewek, Gawarec, Powały and Krusznik Wigierski National Park in 2022 services in the field of: harvesting and sparing of wood, forest breeding, forest protection, fire protection, animal protection, ecosystem protection terrestrial, making available terrestrial ecosystems of the Park. The order with a total value of PLN 789641.27 was divided into 5 parts, i.e.: Part 1: Forestry Krzywe — 160540,69 zł, Part 2: Forestry Leszczewek — 86643.26 zł, Part 3: Forestry Gawarec — PLN 129498,24, Part 4: Forestry Powały — 202060,86 zł, Part 5: Forestry Lesznictwo bracket — PLN 210898,22. The order requires the bringing of a wadium. Value of the wadium 4500 zł. Wadium must be lodged before the expiry of the deadline for submitting tenders in accordance with the rules described in the SWZ.

The security for sound performance of the contract shall be 2% of the total price resulting from the part of the contract in question, in accordance with the rules described in the SWZ.

The Contracting Authority does not provide for the possibility of awarding the contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) (7) of the Law Pzp.
