This consultation concerns: CONTRACT for the maintenance of heating and domestic hot water installations of the built heritage of the city of Viry-Châtillon and its entities

the HOLDER shall be deemed to be fully informed and to have a perfect knowledge of:- the constitution of all the buildings, their annexes, with all the buildings and related materials, constraints due to their purpose;- the consistency of the equipment and installations for which he must operate and maintain;- the conditions of energy and water supply;- the particular conditions of access related to the safety and specificity of each site and the buildings;- constraints related to the environment, use, equipment and users;- constraints on the maintenance of equipment;- internal regulations and safety regulations for buildings and sites
