Planning services for the extension of the administration building. Affected by the planning are the current town hall and the adjacent building of the old pharmacy, which is partially empty. Both buildings are listed buildings. The currently vacant parts of the building are to be functionally prepared for the construction and financial administration of the city. It is a structural connection to the existing town hall, taking into account the obtained road connection market and church square, located between the two objects to produce.

Assistance in applying for funding

The extension building is reserved on the ground floor for the use of the pharmacy. Only the traffic areas for the development of the upper floors are to be provided for use as a Technical City Hall. In the pharmacy sector, moreover, the renewal of the media lines and even more energetic refurbishment measures are required. All public areas are to be built barrier-free in accordance with DIN 18040 and taking into account the existing possibilities in the city hall to be connected and appropriately equipped with IT network for telephone and Internet. The offices are to be equipped with effective soundproofing measures. The technical facilities are limited to what is strictly necessary to meet the statutory requirements. The building is to be classified according to SächsBO as a special building. Corresponding requirements for fire protection must be observed. The scope of tasks also includes the adaptation and restoration of the free facilities. Planning should take into account the day-to-day running of the municipal administration and the pharmacy located on the ground floor of the extension building.
