Collection and management of municipal waste from the area of the Tuchola commune, from properties where residents live

The subject of the contract includes the delivery of bags for selective waste collection to property owners, in accordance with the declared form of waste collection, the delivery of collection containers and bags for ash from households / applies to the heating season, the preparation and delivery of municipal waste collection schedules to property owners. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Appendix 1 - Detailed description of the subject of the contract. The quantities of waste provided by the Contracting Authority in Appendix 1 to the Terms of Reference are indicative and were provided for the purpose of preparing the offer. The Contracting Authority shall pay the Contractor for the municipal waste actually collected and managed.

A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is set out in Chapter 4 of the Terms of Use and annexes to the Terms of Reference.

4.3. The subject matter of the contract includes the collection and transport of the following types of municipal waste from property owners:

- segregated: paper, glass, metals, plastics and multi-material packaging, biodegradable municipal waste, with particular emphasis on bio-waste,

- other waste not eligible for other fractions - residual constituting unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste,

- bulky waste,

- waste electrical and electronic equipment,

- ashes from home hearths,

- other non-specified selectively collected fractions – metals and plastics,

- Worn tyres,

- expired medicines,

- mechanical separated rejects from the processing of waste paper and cardboard.

4.4. The subject matter of the contract includes the delivery of bags for selective waste collection to property owners, in accordance with the declared form of waste collection, the delivery of collection containers and bags for ash from households / applies to the heating season, the preparation and delivery of municipal waste collection schedules to property owners. The Contracting Authority shall pay the Contractor for the municipal waste actually collected and managed.

4.5. In order to plan the export of the contract, the Contractor shall submit to the Contracting Authority a waste collection schedule.

4.6. Contractors are solely responsible for examining with due diligence the Terms of Reference and any addition, clarification, or amendment to the Terms of Reference issued during the procurement procedure and obtaining information that may in any way affect the value of the offer or the performance of the service.

4.7. The Contractor is obliged to perform the service with due diligence, in accordance with the applicable regulations, standards, provisions of the Agreement, taking into account health and safety requirements, organization and performance of the contract without interruptions.

4.8. The Contracting Authority shall accept a structured invoice from the Contractor – after notifying the Contracting Authority of the possibility of issuing such an invoice by the Contractor.
