Partnering contract in 2 phases for the development and construction of a new school for 1st - 10th years for approx. 320 pupils and approx. 60 employees. The project will be carried out according to the partnering model, in which the turnkey contractor, with his organisation, architect, consultants, contractors and suppliers, will undertake all the required engineering design services in cooperation with the builder.
