1. The object of the order is the delivery of diesel ON to the Fuel Station SP ZOZ WSPR in Białystok, specified in Annex 1 to SWZ — description of the object of the order. The item of the order was not divided into parts.

The Contracting Authority shall inform that:

(a) the purchased fuel will be used by the Contracting Authority for its own purposes and will be intended for further resale in accordance with the concession held by the Contracting Authority;

(b) does not trade in liquid fuels with foreign countries,

(c) the Contracting Authority's tanks and measuring equipment shall have and shall have valid legalizations during the implementation of the Order.

Forecasted/estimated amount of fuel that the Ordering Party intends to purchase on a scale of 12 months of diesel ON CN: 2710 19 43, CN: 2710 20 11 is 893 m³ (where 1000 liters=1 m3) .The quantities completed during the contract will be subject to the current needs of the Ordering Party. The Contracting Authority guarantees an order of not less than 550 m3 of fuel.

The subject of the order is the delivery of diesel ON to the Fuel Station SP ZOZ WSPR in Bialystok, specified in Annex No 1 to SWZ — description of the object of the order. The Contractor is obliged to deliver the goods at his expense and risk to the Paliw Station SP ZOZ WSPR in Białystok at Pogodna 22 Street in Białystok, as described in the annexed template of the contract, annex 8 to the SWZ. The contract will be concluded for a period of 12 months from the date of its conclusion. Forecasted/estimated quantity of diesel ON CN: 2710 19 43, CN: 2710 20 11, which the Ordering Party intends to purchase on a scale of 12 months is 893 m³ (where 1000 liters=1 m3). The quantities given to the contract are forecast/estimate quantities. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to purchase smaller quantities of fuel. In this case, the Contractor will not seek the implementation of the remaining quantity and compensation. The quantities completed during the duration of the contract will be subject to the current needs of the Ordering Party. The Contracting Authority guarantees an order of not less than 550 m3 of fuel. The subject of the contract must be in continuous sale, have the relevant certificates and certificates required by Polish law. The fuel offered to the Contracting Authority must comply with the standards and quality requirements for liquid fuels in accordance with the Act of 25 August 2006 on the system for monitoring and controlling the quality of fuels (OJ 2021.133 t.j. of late, zm) and the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 09.10.2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws 2015 item 1680). In addition, the fuel should meet the diesel requirements of PN-EN 590 or equivalent standard.
