The Bavarian judiciary requires training services for employees in the field of special individual software to introduce electronic records and electronic legal transactions at all 124 Bavarian courts and public prosecutor's offices.

According to the law on the introduction of electronic files in the judiciary and further promotion of electronic legal relations dated 05.07.2017, the electronic court record is mandatory for all 124 Bavarian courts and public prosecutor's offices until 31.12.2025. The electronic file in legal cases is operated in Bavaria using the Electronic Integration Portal (EiP). This is individual software developed by the judiciary. Before the software is used by IT users and applicants in the Bavarian judiciary (judges, prosecutors, lawyers, service staff), they receive training on the functions of the software. As part of the successive introductions of the electronic file in the coming years, numerous user training courses must therefore be conducted. The subject of this contract is the provision of speakers for the aforementioned user training courses.

Maximum limit: There will be a maximum of 2,700 days of training.
