The entire project will total a floor area of approximately 4800 square meters

The Operation provides: - the removal of asbestos and the deconstruction of the residences "La Favorite" 27 lots and "Antoine Blondin" (129 lots) - the construction of a social residence of 150 housing units (from T1 to T1 bis), its collective premises and services, totaling approximately 4,800 square meters of floor area, - the realization of parking spaces - landscaping of the plot. The reliability and optimization of work deadlines, construction costs and required performance will be sought, with particular attention to integration and landscape quality, summer comfort, energy performance, the use of bio-based / geo-based materials, in connection with the RE 2020. In particular, it will be sought to reach the 2025 thresholds of the RE 2020, with certification or labeling by an approved body guaranteeing the aim of these thresholds
