The client intends to carry out the following construction work: For the Paul-Gerhardt-Schule primary school, a comprehensive renovation of the interior is to be planned, including the renewal of all building services systems, the interior fittings, the surfaces and the sorting of the classrooms. The primary school currently has 2.5 classes and is to be permanently expanded to 3 classes. To achieve this, a rearrangement of the rooms is necessary. The specialist rooms are to be relocated in the floor plan. Furthermore, the music room in the building is to be converted into a canteen with a kitchen. An elevator is provided for barrier-free accessibility. The school is to be designed as an open learning concept. Only the rooms for the 1st and 2nd classes are to be planned. The planning of the furniture (cabinets as room dividers) is part of the order. The rooms of the OGS must be provided contiguous in sufficient size. In the first step, a new building is to be built for the administration, into which it will move as soon as the gutting of the existing building begins. Subsequently, the students and the OGS will move into an interim container facility. This is to be planned at the rear of the schoolyard grounds. The 2019 feasibility study is the basis for the redesign of the interior of the main building, the new construction of the administration wing and the interim container school.
The estimated eligible construction costs for cost groups 300 and 400 amount to a total of € 4,720,341 net. This does not include a possible increase in the construction price index.
