The city of Traunreut is planning the construction of a new day care center with kindergarten and crèche in the district of Traunwalchen. For this purpose, it is planned to apply for funding within the framework of the BayKiBiG.
A total of 3,000 to 3,500 m2 of currently unused green space is available for the property. The building is to be constructed with a net floor area of around 1,000 m2 and in timber or timber hybrid construction. Due to safety aspects, the daycare center should be as ground-floor as possible.
The new day-care centre in Traunwalchen will house three kindergarten groups for 25 children each and one group for the operation of a crèche for 13 children. In addition, there is a parents' room and an office for the facility management. If necessary, an additional office for the deputy head of the facility. In addition to an exercise room, the usual rooms for a kindergarten or crèche, such as kitchen, dining room, bedroom and sanitary facilities for the children and staff, must also be taken into account.
The services to be offered include service phases 1 (basic determination) up to and including 9 (property management) of the currently valid version of the HOAI. In addition, special services are to be offered in the form of:
-Monitoring of the remedy of defects within the limitation period
-Checking and evaluating ancillary offers as well as supplementary offers
-Participation in meetings of the committees
The eligible costs according to the cost assumption of 13.03.2023 amount to approx. € 3.3 million net.
The offered fee zone as well as the ancillary costs are to be specified by the bidder.
Planning is to begin immediately after the contract has been awarded and will be carried out in one go. The new building is to be completed by June 30, 2026.
The period for the provision of services is currently assumed to be August 2023 to June 2026 (phase 8) or June 2030 (phase 9).
