As part of the contract in question, the Contractor will be obliged to perform respectively for:

1.1. Retaining wall, retaining wall. The scope of construction works provides, among others: 1) Repair and renovation of the brick retaining wall between the lower and upper car park,

1.2. Land development, small architecture and greenery.

1.3. Development of the area at Hala Pogoń Zabrze, Wolności Street in Zabrze, including the construction of parking lots for cars and buses and accompanying infrastructure.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in the annexes to the SWZ.

1.1. Retaining wall, retaining wall. The scope of construction works provides, inter alia:

1) Repair and renovation of the brick retaining wall between the lower and upper car park,

2) Reconstruction of the existing retaining wall from the side of the exit to the basin at the Pogoń Zabrze hall, along with the development of detailed technology and the implementation of securing the existing retaining wall for the duration of the works,

3) Installation of protective barriers on the retaining wall and retaining wall.

1.2. Land development, small architecture and greenery. The scope of works provides, among others:

1) Gates in front of the passage under the Pogoń Hall, controlled remotely from the Monitoring Center equipped with AC access controls and an intercom,

2) Monitoring installations,

3) Installation of basic lighting of the area,

4) Installations of emergency and evacuation lighting under the Pogoń hall,

5) Installations of lighting of communication routes

6) Execution of felling and plantings in accordance with the land development project.

1.3. Development of the area at Hala Pogoń Zabrze, Wolności Street in Zabrze, including the construction of parking lots for cars and buses and accompanying infrastructure. The scope of works provides, among others:

1) Construction of a car park in two separate areas:

- Parking No. 1 - including parking for passenger cars at the entrance to the main entrance to hala Pogoń and the entrance to łaźnia Łańcuszkowa,

- Parking No. 2 – including parking for buses, parking for passenger cars and exit and access road leading to the basin,

- installations of basic parking lighting for the above-mentioned parking complexes,

- monitoring installations for the above-mentioned parking complexes,

- necessary spacers for power and teletechnical utilities for the above-mentioned parking complexes along with the arrangements of appropriate network operators,
