Tender for a framework agreement to approve up to two multidisciplinary suppliers to provide different consulting services for the ICF through the based contracts.

The purpose of the framework agreement is the approval of up to two suppliers of a multidisciplinary nature so that through the based contracts they carry out the consulting tasks.

Without wishing to be exhaustive, the typology of jobs that can potentially be requested are the following, focused essentially on strategic / regulatory consulting:

- Strategic consulting. As an example: advice on the strategy of enhancing the role of the ICF as a promoter of public policies of the government of the Generalitat of Catalonia; SWOT analysis of the ICF; analysis of funding gaps in the market; analysis and recommendations of the positioning of the ICF within the Catalan financial sector.

- Advice and collaboration in risk management and control.

- Advice on the calculation of solvency.

- Regulatory advice in the specific field of credit institutions.

- Advice and collaboration on corporate governance in the specific field of credit institutions.

- Non-recurring tax advice linked to other projects in the tender.

- Advice and collaboration in the implementation of corporate systems for self-evaluation of internal control.

- Advice and collaboration in the development of the risk appetite framework (RAF).

- Advice and collaboration in the development of internal rating models.

- Advice and collaboration in the preparation of the Capital and Liquidity Self-Assessment Report (IACL).
