The excavation pit for the new building will be secured with a sheet pile wall. The new building will be founded on Mikopfählen.
The building ensemble "Gasthof zur Post" in Bad Wiessee, Lindenplatz 7 is being rebuilt and expanded. The northern old building, which is a listed building, will be preserved as a building. Renovation work is taking place inside. Particular attention must be paid to the preservation of the existing building. The southern part of the hall with intermediate building will be completely renewed. In addition, the listed old building in the area of the excavation pit must be statically underpinned. The new building is based on micropiles. These underpinning measures are carried out on site by the contractor Spezialtiefbau.
The earthworks include the clearing of the construction area, the excavation of the excavation pit, the foundation and pipe trenches as well as the backfilling of the
Workspaces. The bottom of the excavation pit must be cleanly horizontal to the exact depth, or in the case of ramps, underground car park exits, etc., at the required gradient. Remnants of old pipes, pipes, cables, shafts, etc. must be removed and disposed of in the course of excavation work.
