The subject of this call for tenders is structural engineering services (LPH 4 to 6) for the new construction of the kindergarten St. Anna in Rattenkirchen.

On the hall number 12/4 of the district of Rattenkirchen, Klebinger Straße 7, the new construction of a 2-group day care center (1 nursery + 1 kindergarten groups) was to be erected and an existing building was to be demolished in the stock. At the time of planning, LPH 3 was completed with the cost calculation in February 2021. The municipality of Rattenkirchen submitted an application for the extension of daycare centers to include an additional addition for a second kindergarten group on February 26, 2021. As a result, a project extension was detected. Due to the significant change in the project and the project costs are exceeded, a new call for planning services is required.

The LPH 3, with the planning for a 2-group day care center, was completed by all participating specialist planners by February 2021. The creation of a fire protection concept is planned for LPH 4. With the application of the municipality of Rattenkirchen, is a structural extension to plan a 2nd kindergarten group for the daycare center with all specialist disciplines and to update the cost calculation. The next project goal is to prepare and submit the construction application documents (LPH 4) and then carry out execution planning (LPH 5).

The main building's dimensions are essentially: floor plans (U-shape): max. L/max. W = 25.7/37.0m with an eave height of 3.2 m. The roof shape is lined up pitched roofs with a roof slope of approx. 8 to 21 degrees. The construction is a masonry construction that is stiffened by wall panes and cantilever supports. The roof structure is performed as purlin roof truss.

The extension to include a 3rd group must be carried out in coordination with object planning and specialist planners.

The subject of this call for tenders is structural engineering services. - (service phases - LPH 4 to 6) in accordance with § 51 HOAI for the new construction of the St. Anna kindergarten in Rattenkirchen, including part of the benefits of LPH 3, remunerates 5% instead of 15% in accordance with § 51 paragraph 1 no. 3 HOAI.
