With the tender, TEC wants to find a main contractor to construct approx. 3200 m2 of building for educational purposes and approx. 600 m2 basement.
Tenders are made on the basis of a tender project, cf. YBL18 chap. 5. This is a project that is clarified in dialogue with the future owner and user TEC, which is reflected in the task and process.
TEC tenders in accordance with the public procurement rules, and the contract is thus tendered in accordance with the Public Procurement Act as a negotiated procedure, cf. the Danish Public Procurement Act. Public Procurement Act §§61-66 after prior prequalification.
The tendered contract is awarded to the bidder who has made the most economically advantageous offer according to the award criterion best price to quality ratio.
