The procurement is divided into sixteen (16) different areas of consultancy. The breakdown is based on different areas of expertise.

The bidder can choose how many consultancy areas tenders should be submitted on. It is thus permissible, but no requirement to tender in all consultancy areas. Each area of consultancy will be tried individually.
