• Part 2 - Cycling Route No. 13 — along Pope John Paul II Street, from the intersection of Papża John Paul II Street with Gen. St. Maczka to J. Wieczorek ROD (plot 172),

• Part 3 - Execution of pictograms on street surfaces: Orzea, Kalwaryjska, Skargi, Copernicus, Słoneczna, Sportowa in Piekary Śląskie.

The subject of the order includes making a coating of red synthetic resins only on crossings. The subject of the order does not include the manufacture of red synthetic resins coatings on the surface of cycling routes.

• construction of cycle route No. 23 on section A1 (length approx. 0.62 km)

As part of the section of cycle route number 23, perform:

- demolition works, among others, the demolition of pavement from mineral mixtures of gr. min. 4cm on an area of approx. 57,00 m2, demolition of pavement from mineral mixtures of approx. 10cm on an area of approx. 150,00 m2, demolition of existing pavement made of concrete cube 8 cm thick on an area of approx. 1075 ,00 m2, milling of existing bituminous pavement at a depth of min. up to 4 cm on an area of approx. 150,00 m2, demolition of curbs 15x30 cm on a length of approx. 431,00 mb, demolition of existing pots and replacement of concrete advertising pole;

- cycling path with a surface of mineral and bituminous mixture on a total area of approx. 1452,00 m2;

- replacement of the abrasive layer of mineral and bituminous mixture on an area of approx. 300,00m2;

- paving pavements of concrete with a total area of approx. 969,00 m2;

- retaining wall of prefabricated elements with a length of approx. 55,00mb;

- edge elements, i.e. laying concrete edges in the amount of approx. 1339,00 mb and concrete curbs in the amount of approx. 384,00 mb;

- adjustment/replacement/dismantling of existing equipment;

- reconstruction of rainwater and sanitary sewage system;

- reconstruction and protection of the water supply network;

- reconstruction and protection of electricity networks;

- reconstruction and construction of street lighting;

- protection of electricity and gas networks;

- making felling of trees and shrubs and making replacement plantings;

- execution of the target organization of the movement.

Pursuant to Article 100 u.p.z.p., the Contracting Authority adequately to the subject of the contract ensures availability for all users, including disabled persons and, taking into account these requirements, draws up a description of this subject of the order:

a.in the area of pedestrian crossings covered by the scope of the study, curbs lowered to a height of 1 cm above the roadway were designed to allow disabled persons to cross the roadway freely,

b. In addition, in front of the edge of the pedestrian crossings, it is designed to make strips made of paving slabs of stop type (integration plates) of yellow color with tabs, aimed at informing the impaired and blind people about the proximity of the pedestrian crossing.

Pursuant to Art. 438 and Article 95 (1) and 2 point 1) of the Act, the Contracting Authority requires employment on the basis of an employment contract by the Contractor or subcontractor of persons performing the activities indicated below during the execution of the procure:preparatory, demolition, dismantling, earth, assembly works, structural, installation, grid, power, lighting, surface, road, restoration, land development, greenery works and finishing works concerning the cycle route no. 23 section A1 — along Gen. St. Maczka Street, from the intersection of Papia Jana Street Paweła II from Gen. St. Maczka Street to connect to Route 1 (Olimpijska Street) - Part 1 of the subject of the order, in the scope of: construction of cycle route no. 23 section A1, reconstruction and protection of electricity networks, security of gas networks, street lighting, land use, execution of felling and replacement plantings. In accordance with Art. 35 (2) (1) and 68 paragraph 3 of the Act of 11 January 2018 on electromobility and alternative fuels (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 908, as amended) The Contracting Authority shall have the performance of the task under this proceeding a subject (Contractor) whose share of electric vehicles or vehicles powered by natural gas in the fleet of vehicles used in the performance of this task (public procurement) will be from 1 January 2022 r at least 10%. Equivalent Solutions:

In the case of using materials, equipment, products or equivalent solutions, the Contractor is obliged to indicate them in the offer. The full description includes the SWZ.

Completion of cycle route number 13 (length approx. 0.44 km)

As part of the section of cycle route no. 13, perform:

- demolition works, among others, the demolition of pavement from mineral mixtures of approx. 10cm on an area of approx. 656,00 m2, demolition of existing pavement made of concrete cube 8 cm thick on an area of approx. 2035,00 m2, milling of existing bituminous pavement at a depth of up to 4 cm on the surface of approx. 2035,00 m2. approx. 2353,00 m2, demolition of curbs 15x30 cm on a length of approx. 828,00 mb, demolition of edging 8x30 cm at a length of approx. 720.00 mb, demolition of concrete curb sewage at a length of approx. 219,00 m;

- bicycle path/walking and bicycle train with a surface of mineral and bituminous mixture on a total area of approx. 1373,00 m2;

- replacement of the abrasive layer of mineral and bituminous mixture on an area of approx. 2802,00m2;

- paving pavements of concrete with a total area of approx. 1487,00 m2;

- edge elements, i.e. the arrangement of concrete edges in the amount of approx. 990,00 mb and concrete curbs in the amount of approx. 765.00 mb;

-adjustment/replacement/dismantling of existing equipment;

- reconstruction of rainwater drains;

- reconstruction and protection of electricity networks;

- reconstruction of telecommunications networks;

-redevelopment of street lighting;

-protection of electricity and gas networks;

- execution of felling of trees and shrubs and making replacement plantings;

-execution of the target traffic organization.

Wieczorek ROD (area of plot 172) - Part 2 subject of the contract, in the scope of: construction of cycle route no. 13, reconstruction and protection of electricity networks, reconstruction and protection of telecommunications networks, protection of gas networks, street lighting, land use, execution of clippings and plantings substitutes. Production of pictograms type P-27 on street surfaces: Okrzei, Kalwaryjska, Skargi, Copernicus, Sunny, Sportowa in Piekara Śląskie

Within the part of the subject of the order shall be executed:

- on M. Copernika Street (Route No. 1) marking the road surface with P-27 type signs made of chemset masses, thick-layered masses, white colour — in the amount of approx. 22 pieces;

- on P. Skargi Street (Route 1) marking the roadway surface with signs of type P-27 made of chemical, thick-layer masses, white color — in the amount of approx. 13 pieces;

- on S. Okrzei Street (Route 3) marking the roadway surface with P-27 type signs made of chemetting masses, thick-layer, white color — in the amount of approx. 16 pieces;

- Kalwaryjska Street (Route 7) marking the roadway surface with signs of type P-27 made of chemetting masses, thick-layer, white color — in the amount of approx. 25 pieces;

- on Słoneczna Street (Route 13) marking the roadway surface with signs of type P-27 made of chemical, thick-layer masses, white color — in the amount of approx. 24 pieces;

- on Sportowa Street (Route no. 23) marking of the road surface with P-27 type signs made of chemset masses, thick-layered masses, white color — in the amount of approx. 12 pieces.

Pursuant to Art. 35 (2) (1) and 68 (3) of the Act of 11 January 2018 on Electromobility and Alternative Fuels (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 908, as amended) The Contracting Authority shall have the performance of the task under this proceeding a subject (Contractor) whose share of electric vehicles or vehicles powered by natural gas in the fleet of vehicles used in the performance of this task (public procurement) will be from 1 January 2022 r at least 10%. In the case of using materials, equipment, products or equivalent solutions, the Contractor is obliged to indicate them in the offer and submit technical cards or other documents confirming that offering an equivalent solution meet the requirements of the Contracting Authority described in the subject of the order - the full description contains the SWZ.
