The subject of the order is services divided into the following parts:
1) Task 1: receiving, transporting and landscaping of municipal waste directly prior to the property on which residents reside and do not reside, including the substitution, collection, transport and development of municipal waste accumulated in the container under additional services.
2) Task 2: Receiving, transporting and zoning of municipal waste accumulated at the Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point (PSZOK), expired medicines from designated pharmacies and spent batteries from designated educational institutions.

The subject of the contract shall be executed in accordance with the provisions of the SWZ, the model of the contract, the rules of technical knowledge and due diligence, as well as the applicable regulations and required permits and according to the instructions of the Contracting Authority, persons and equipment at the disposal of the Contractor with taking into account the minimum requirements laid down in the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 11 January 2013 on specific requirements for receiving municipal waste from property owners (Journal of Laws 2013, item 122).
