The aim of the procurement is to cover an upgrade and maintenance need in electrical installations in our properties. In order to ensure sufficient access to the necessary competence for this type of assignment, the awarding authority aims to enter into parallel framework agreements with three service providers.
This framework agreement has an estimated annual need for the services of 2 000 000 NOK excluding VAT. This amount is not binding for the awarding authority. The framework agreement is for 2 years with an option for an extension of 1+1 year. The total possible length for the contract is 4 years.
One of the awarding authority's core assignments is the purchase and sale of property. As a natural result of this our property portfolio can change during the contract period. Such conditions often lie outside our control and involve political decisions, changes strategies and organisational changes internally in the municipality. The framework agreement is therefore subjcet to the amount of work being reduced or increased during the contract period.
