Subscription of various insurance contracts on behalf of the group of orders constituted by the city and the CCAS of Grau-du-Roi.

Each subscriber (within the framework of a group of orders for which the city is the coordinator) wishes the establishment of an insurance contract guaranteeing, according to the "Multi-risks" formula, the damages to real estate and movable property belonging to him , used by him or her being entrusted.

Each subscriber (within the framework of a grouping of orders whose city is the coordinator) wishes the establishment of insurance contracts guaranteeing in particular the pecuniary consequences of the engagement of their civil responsibility as well as certain risks annexed. The purpose of the special clauses is to define the conditions of guarantees that must be compatible with the activities of the subscriber.

Each subscriber (within the framework of a grouping of command whose city is the coordinator) wishes the establishment of a contract of insurance of the type "legal protection" for the benefit of all its agents and elected.

The proposed legal protection component must comply with the framework established by Law No 2007-210 of 19.2.2007 on the reform of the legal protection insurance.
