NPT would like to enter into a contract for consultancy services for the development of a long-run incremental cost (LRIC) model for fixed access networks. The purpose of this assignment is that NPT shall have an effective tool when it shall consider future regulation of the wholesale markets for broadband. The applicable markets in Norway are the wholesale market for full and shared access to fixed access networks (also referred to as the market for Local Loop UnBundling, LLUB) and the wholesale market for broadband access, Market 4 and Market 5 respectively. +
