Subject of the contract:
1) The subject of the contract is the delivery and installation within the Contracting Authority’s infrastructure of one (1) server for building an AI/ML environment along with the Manufacturer's warranty service for a period of 60 months.
2) The delivered device and its component parts must be brand new and unused, manufactured no earlier than 8 months prior to the delivery date, and free from physical and legal defects. The offered components must be compatible and listed on the server manufacturer’s compatibility list. The server must not be included on the Manufacturer’s "end-of-sale" or "end-of-support" lists at least on the day the offer is submitted.
3) The offered device must have a factory-applied, permanent CE mark by the manufacturer. It must come from a legal source and be delivered through the manufacturer’s authorized sales channel within the European Union, and the Contracting Authority's use of the delivered product must not infringe any third party copyright property rights.

Purchase of a server for building an AI/ML environment

1. Subject of the contract:
