The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from the owners of real estate located in the Lubień Kujawski Commune. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, including legal regulations and quality standards, as well as standards applicable to the contractor is contained in Annex 1 to the Specification of the Terms of the Contract.

1. The object of the order is:

a) collection and management of municipal waste from owners of real estate where residents of the Lubień Kujawski Commune live in a manner ensuring that the Commune achieves appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and reduces the weight of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities, provisions of the waste management plan and the provisions of the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Lubień Kujawski Commune;

b) delivery and collection from property owners of bags for the collection of waste from:

- paper,

- glass,

- metals and plastics,

- bioodpadów;

c) equipping the point of selective collection of municipal waste (hereinafter referred to as PSZOK) with containers, emptying them and maintaining them in an appropriate sanitary, order and technical condition;

d) placing in designated places in the so-called nesting points of containers

for selective collection of glass, metals and plastics, the so-called bells and their emptying at least 1 time per month, the so-called nesting points of containers for selective waste collection;

(e) performance of compliance tests for municipal waste sent to landfill which require such tests.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, including legal regulations and quality standards, as well as standards applicable to the contractor is contained in Annex 1 to the Specification of the Terms of the Contract.

3. Detailed obligations of the contractor in the scope of performance of the subject of the contract are specified in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract - Annex 4 to the Terms of Contract.

4. The minimum payment term is 14 days, the maximum payment term is 30 days. The payment deadline is the criterion for the evaluation of offers in this procedure.
