The procurement/delivery is based on a need to clean approx. 44 churches and other buildings that are managed by the contracting authority, Oslo Church Council, so that the cleaning is carried out in an overall and systematic way. A framework agreement is planned with three - 3 - tenderers, where each tenderer will, if possible, be awarded a contract for one - 1 - zone, from a total of three - 3 - zones. The framework agreement includes regular cleaning of mainly churches, but also other types of buildings. There will be seasonal variations, religious festivals and the summer holiday can have deviations from the regular cleaning plan. All the buildings and properties are located in Oslo Municipality. The contracting authority and/or the church have all the detergents. The tenderer will be responsible for the necessary equipment for carrying out the assignment.
