This consultation concerns the rental / maintenance of photocopiers for the Municipality of Sanary-sur-Mer. The fleet of printing systems in the city of Sanary-sur-Mer is currently made up of 37 multifunction copiers connected to the city's computer network, spread over all the different sites of the town hall. The fleet is homogeneous (single-brand) and all the copiers were put into operation in 2017. This framework agreement is single-beneficiary with purchase orders with no minimum or maximum amount.
The purpose of this framework agreement is:
- rental of multifunction copiers;
- support and maintenance of these multifunction copiers;
- the implementation of a centralized management solution for the copier fleet, fully integrating into the existing information system and offering real support in the governance of the printing and scanning function;
- deployment and integration of equipment leased and software;
- supply of consumables;
- all associated services.
The content and practical terms of performance of the service are defined in the Special Clauses (CCP) of the framework agreement.
