The test hall is 1 200 m
The total area NF 1-6 for the extension is 3 187 m
The planning and implementation of the new building measure takes place as Building Information Modeling (BIM) - pilot project of the Max Planck Society in OpenBIM. The exchange and coordination of the building construction, ELT, HLSK, laboratory and TWP trades takes place via corresponding ifc models. The individual services are listed in the service profile as well as in the client information requirements (AIA) of the MPG. The necessary collaboration platform is provided by the overall BIM coordinator / BIM manager.
The planning must be carried out at least in accordance with the generally recognized rules of technology. Planning must also take into account economic and energy aspects as well as sustainability criteria.
Information on the planning work for the construction pit enclosure
The local structures (buildings, lines, channels) must be taken into account.
When planning the construction pit and shoring work, due to the surrounding research facilities and the ongoing institute operation, care must be taken to ensure that the construction pit enclosure is produced with low vibration and vibration.
