The contracting authority needs a framework agreement for the hire/procurement and operation of coffee machines. The contracting authority estimates that the expected need will be between 7 and 12 coffee machines over the next 4 years. The contracting authority also needs coffee for the machines, as well as service and maintenance of the machines.

The contracting authority would like a standardised coffee machine.

The contracting authority's experience of consumption is as follows:

— espresso: 500 kg/annum,

— coffee: 1 000 kg/annum,

— hot chocolate: 200 kg/annum,

— topping: 200 kg/annum.

The figures are based on the contracting authority's best estimates.

The contracting authority expects that the consumption will be approximately the same in the next 4-year period.
