1.The object of the investment is the construction of sanitary sewerage system with the construction and reconstruction of the necessary infrastructure in the area of Swierklaniec. in the area of Neighbourhood Street, Family Street, Przyaciół Street, Mazura Street, Miarki Street, Gawędy Street, Main Street, Zuchów Street, Harcerska Street, Przytulna Street, Dom Street, Błękitnej Street, Górna Street, Damrota Street, Tarnogórska Street, Radzionkowska Street, Rogowa Street and Kościelna Street.

2.1 Sanitary sewer — 5297 m + 1 pumping station

2.2 Water pipeline — 380 m

2.3 Rainwater sewer — 130 m

2.4 Electrics — 18.5 m

2.5 Teletechnic — 92.5 m

1. The object of the investment is the construction of sanitary sewerage system with the construction and reconstruction of necessary infrastructure in the area of Swierklaniec. in the area of Neighbourhood Street, Family Street, Przyaciół Street, Mazura Street, Miarki Street, Gawędy Street, Main Street, Zuchów Street, Harcerska Street, Przytulnej Street, Dom Street, Błękitnej Street, Górna Street, Damrota Street, Tarnogórska Street, Radzionkowska Street, Rogowa Street and Kościelna Street.

2. The route of the designed networks was delineated in reference to landscaping and existing land armament. Due to the existing compact single-family development, work should be carried out with special care.

3. Detailed course of the route of the designed sanitary sewer system is presented on the situation plan. The elevation of the manholes of the designed sewer wells should be adjusted to the elevations of the existing site. After the work is carried out, the restoration of the pavement should be performed, and the surrounding area is restored to its original state.

4. Within this scope, the following network breakdown was used:

4.1 Catchment A - comprising the premises located along Neighborhood Street, Family Street, Friends Street and Tarnogórska Street, the receiver of which is an existing sanitary sewer well located in the green belt at Radzionkowska Street.

4.2 Catchment B - comprising the premises located along Miarki Street, Sccerska Street, Przytulna Street and Domowa Street, the receiver of which is an existing sanitary sewer well located in Damrota Street.

4.3 Catchment C covering the premises located along Mazura Street, Sccerska Street, Przytulna Street and Domowa Street, the receiver of which is designed well SB7 in Miarki Street (the target receiver is sanitary plumbing in Damrota Street).

4.4 Catchment D covering the premises located along Main Street, Błękitna Street, Górna Street, Gawędy Street, the receiver of which is the existing sanitary sewage system located on plot 2553/266 (Ternogórska Street area 38).

4.5 Catchment E comprising the premises located along Rogowa Street, the receiver of which is an existing sanitary sewer well located on plot 901/100 (Rogowa Street 3).

4.6 Catchment F - comprising the premises located along Kościelna Street, the receiver of which is the existing sanitary sewer well

5. The scope of the works includes the following:

5.1 Construction of a sanitary sewer network with the construction of branches to the confines of adjacent properties.

5.2 Reconstruction and repair of the water supply network and recreation of sections degraded during construction works.

5.3 Renovation of the rainwater sewer network with beads for street inlets and recreation of degraded sections during construction works.

8. The Contractor shall grant the Contractor a guarantee for construction works performed for a period of at least 60 months (5 years) or in accordance with the contractor's offer, counting from the date of signature of the Final Dress Protocol.
