Contract to supply Building Cleaning and Grounds Maintenance Services to East Berkshire College. The combined cleaning area is approximately 20,549m2 and the combined grounds maintenance area is approximately 21,000m2. The College is seeking contractor to carry out daily, weekly, monthly and annual cleaning of its buildings, grass cutting, weed control, hedge trimming, and general maintenance and, management of its grounds. The contract will commence on 1.8.2012 for 3 years with options to extend up to a maximum of 2 years. TUPE regulations will apply to this contract regarding the existing cleaning operatives.
