Statistics Norway shall procure Managed Security Services as a service contract.

Statistics Norway shall establish a service for event management and monitoring network traffic, i.e. ‘managed security services’.

The procurement includes the entire service and all necessary elements and components thereof.

The solution shall be purchased as a continuous service with option for procurement of consultancy services within the same subject area, based on current hours in accordance with requirements.

The delivery shall include:

— Detailed design of a solution based on Statistics Norway's network and assumed computer security threats;

— All necessary software;

— All necessary hardware.

Specification of the interface between the solution's components and Statistics Norway's network, servers, etc.

— Complete installation including total configuration and integration with existing network systems. Statistics Norway may choose to physically install the pre-configured units themselves;

— Documentation;

— Training by user courses;

— Updating threat signatures, etc.;

— Assistance on an hourly basis;

— Engineering design, site inspection, design, installation, configuration, migration, testing, training and documentation;

— Management of the service and technical solution during the entire agreement period.

A detailed description of the services is in accordance with the Purchase agreement and the Maintenance agreement's annex 1 (the requirement specifications, 2 documents).
