Procurement of standard parts to be provided as in-kind contribution to ITER organisation for being finally assembled on the ITER first wall panels.

The scope of work can be summarized in the three tasks below:

— task 1 – manufacturing of bolt assemblies,

— task 2 – manufacturing of special bolts and studs for electrical straps,

— task 3 – insulation coating with alumina of the conical washers manufactured under task 1.

The scope of the procedure is to supply the standard parts that are required for the manufacturing of the ITER first wall panels.

It corresponds to the delivery to ITER IO of the following items:

— 494 central bolts,

— 494 barrels,

— 494 parking features,

— 494 spherical washers,

— 494 conical washers and Insulating coating for conical washers,

— 987 special bolts for electrical straps,

— 3 532 studs for electrical straps.
