The subject of the contract is the general planning services for the densification and energy-efficient refurbishment on Gescherweg in Münster-Gievenbeck.

The aim of the Studierendenwerk Münster AöR is to provide students with an attractive, affordable housing offer and to counteract the shortage of affordable housing.

A new building is to be built in the area of the Gescherweg 70-84 car park and the energy-efficient renovation of the Gescherweg 50-64 family home.

The following planning services will be commissioned for the new building and for the renovation:

Object planning building §§ 34 ff. HOAI: Service phases 1-9 (new construction and renovation)

Structural design §§ 49 ff. HOAI:

New building: work phases 1-6;

Refurbishment: partial services on call, billing on proof of hourly rates

Technical equipment §§ 53 ff. HOAI:

New building: work phases 1-9, plant groups 1-8;

Refurbishment: Work phases 1-9, plant groups 1, 3-4

Building physics according to Annex 1 HOAI:

New building: Work phases 1-7 and special services Work phases 8-9 (according to § 3 para. 1 HOAI 2013 in conjunction with Annex 1 number 1.2;

Refurbishment: Service phases 1-7 and special services Service phases 8-9 (according to § 3 para. 1 HOAI 2013 in conjunction with Annex 1 number 1.2

Gradual commissioning is planned:

Level 1: LP 1-3, Level 2: LP 4-5, Level 3: LP 6-9
