The subject of the contract is the migration and launch of the domain system in the cloud computing and the provision of services - Data Center:

1) Stage I – Migration and launch of the domain system in the Data Center cloud.

2) Stage II – Data Center cloud computing access service.

The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of exercising the option right to purchase 1TB of data after using 2.5 TB of data used by the Ordering Party under the term of the contract (as described in SOPZ – No. 4 point 5) and in the case of having financial resources for the implementation of the order covered by the option

The subject of the contract includes the provision of services by the Contractor in the scope of:

a) Providing the customer with virtual machines in the cloud - Data Center containing the following services:

- Licenses for utility software,

- Virtual servers,

-Storage

- Backup Enterprise,

- Site-to-Site VPN,

- Support in Data Center management.

b) Service of migration of virtual machines of the domain system to the cloud - Data Center. The service consists in moving and launching virtual machines with a domain system (KSAT2000i) in the cloud - Data Center.
