The purpose of this contract is to advise the Technical Office for Public Procurement of Innovation of the Ministry, created by instruction of the Vice Ministry dated 11/27/2019, for the development of all those tasks related to the promotion, monitoring and dissemination of results of the two CPI projects in the process of bidding, which are the responsibility of SGMAACC and Agapa. The special complexity of bidding, contracting, control and piloting of the projects financed under this new contracting figure, and the inertia that can be established by bringing together the monitoring and promotion of both projects in a single file, justify this contract.
The two projects to which this file refers are:
- Cloud-IA "E-infrastructure of environmental information for the development of solutions based on the normalized spatial integration of variables", led by SGMAACC,
- "Development of innovative analytical methodologies".

The activities to be carried out in this work will be advice on public procurement of innovation, promotion of training and training in CPI, support for the bidding and contracting of subprojects of the initiative related to analysis in the agri-food field, monitoring and quality control of the execution of CPI projects and subprojects and administrative support tasks to the Technical Office of CPI of the Ministry in the monitoring of both initiatives.
