The order includes the planning services of structural engineering according to § 49 ff HOAI in connection with Annex 14, service phases 1-6 for the new construction of a central emergency room with an extension for PIA, psychosomatic day clinic, clinic administration and MVZ medical practices at the district clinic Ebersberg.

The new building includes the newly structured central emergency room on the ground floor and basement with connection to the existing hospital. A PSO day clinic, a PIA, possibly a clinic administration as well as MVZ medical practices are to be accommodated on approx. 3 additional levels above. Planning services (LPH 1 + 2) have already been provided for the new ZNA and an application for inclusion in the annual hospital construction program has been submitted. An existing building must be demolished before the start of the new construction. A further application for funding for the PSO + PIA and possibly the clinic administration should be submitted.
