Provision of transport services for disabled students residing in the Ursynów District m.st Warsaw in the school year 2023/2024.

1) The subject of the contract is: transport of 57 (the right of option up to 65) disabled children living in the Ursynów District - on the route home-educational institution - home, who carry out compulsory education or compulsory education in various types of educational institutions adapted to their disabilities in the capital city of Warsaw and in the vicinity of Warsaw, along with providing them with appropriate care during transport on school days in accordance with the calendar of the school year 2023/2024.

The subject of the order is determined by:

• list of children covered by transport

The Ordering Party informs that the list of transport routes for disabled children from the Ursynów District, transported by the carrier, constitutes Annex 1 to OPZ. It was prepared by the Contracting Authority according to the state of knowledge as at the date of initiation of the proceedings. After signing the contract with the selected Contractor, it will be updated in case of any changes in the number of children and routes. The number of children indicated in Annex 1 to the OPZ has been determined on the basis of the needs of the Ordering Party on the day of commencement of the tender procedure and they are planned to be implemented under this contract.

The Contracting Authority shall inform that, due to a possible change in the number of children during the period of execution of the contract, the contracting

1) introduces the right of option, according to which the Contracting Authority may increase the number of children to be delivered to a maximum of 65 children during the term of the contract.
