As above, this project is for architectural design team services for new build social housing project.

Clanmil require a comprehensive design service to include the following consultant disciplines:

— architectural,

— M&E engineering,

— structural and civil engineer,

— principal designer.

This scheme will require a number of community consultation events as the scheme progresses.

The ALDT Scope of Services required by Clanmil have been recently updated and should be carefully reviewed.
