The object of the contract is the provision of cradles in nurseries for employees of the CPAM 92, near their home, their place of work or on the way.

The service provider must provide CPAM 92 employees with crèche places or “Cradles” in the nurseries of its network at least in Île-de-France in order to meet the needs of the staff.

Age of the children: from ten weeks to the day of their admission to nursery school, CPAM 92 must have at least eight places in the service provider's network on the market effective date.
