The supply of consultancy team services for UKHO's new office accommodation. The requirement is separated into 2 lots: Lot 1 is for the provision of Architect led Design Team Services with a full supporting team of sub consultants. Lot 2 is for Cost Consultant and Contract Administration Services. More detail is contained in Section 4 of the Statement of requirements. Tenderers are required to bid for Lot 1 or Lot 2; the Authority will not accept bids for both Lots from 1 Tenderer or any economic operator affiliated to that Tenderer.
