Planning service for a new Stadtwerke multi-storey car park

Stadtwerke Tübingen GmbH is planning the implementation of a new, open, above-ground parking garage at the company's location in Eisenhutstrasse as part of the urban district development “Marienburger Strasse”.

Project planning

Stadtwerke Tübingen GmbH is planning the implementation of a new, open, above-ground parking garage at the company's location in Eisenhutstrasse as part of the “Marienburger Strasse” district development.

The planned 348 parking spaces are to be accommodated on 6 parking levels. The multi-storey car park should accordingly have 6 full floors with straight ramps, underground areas are not planned. It is a multi-storey car park whose usable space makes it a large public garage

Is to be classified.

In addition to the pure parking of cars, a mobility area with few obstacles is to be created on the ground floor of the car park, which will enable employees and citizens to use vehicles of all types (cars, scooters, bicycles, etc.) in sharing (TeilAuto, COONo). This is linked to the goal of reducing parking pressure in the neighborhood and reducing the municipal utility's vehicle pool.

A construction site is specified for the new construction of the parking garage. The exact location of the property is to be defined in the further planning process. The planning clarification of the entry and exit situation of the parking garage as well as the traffic connection are part of the task.

In addition to the general regulations and laws such as the Garagenverordnung (GaVO) Baden-Württemberg, the recommendations for systems for stationary traffic 05 (minimum standard EAR 05) and the guidelines for the system of city streets RASt 06 also apply to construction.

The desired quality standard is a parking space width of 2.50 m for a benchmark vehicle in the Audi A6 Avant category. A VW T5 (long) should be used as the maximum vehicle for the drive-through test.

A fire protection concept and a ventilation report will be made available as an attachment with the publication of this application to participate. The annexes also contain floor plans and sections from the feasibility study.
