FCA’s aim is to use as much as possible an out-of-the-shelve solution when choosing a new global HR system. The tender concerns managing the HR information core including organizational, personal, employment and compensation information. In addition, the system should offer tools for absence and holiday management, development, and performance management (including development discussions and appraisal management) as well as orientation and exit processes.
