With this tender, the contracting authority wishes to conclude an agreement with one (1) party for the design of De Sjofar's new construction. The agreement will start on the date indicated in section 1.5 Planning under “Intended Effective Date Agreement”. The agreement has a term up to and including the final delivery of the project.
