The subject of the basic order is:

1.1) delivery of annual subscription licenses in the Microsoft Enrollment for Education Solutions (EES) program for a period of 3 consecutive years (36 months) from 01.08.2023 (current subscription expires on 31.07.2023) or equivalent software with an equivalent license and subscription for a period of 3 years (36 months).

1.2) extend Software Assurance (SA) for a period of 36 months from 01.12.2023 (current Software Assurance (technical support) expires on 30.11.2023) to your perpetual licenses in the Microsoft Products and Services Agreement (MPSA).

The subject of the order must come from a legitimate source and be intended for use in Poland.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) is attached as Annex 6 to the SWZ.

(1) The basic contract shall have as its subject:

1.1) delivery of the following annual subscription licenses in the Microsoft Enrollment for Education Solutions (EES) program for a period of 3 consecutive years (36 months) from 01.08.2023 (current subscription expires on 31.07.2023):

a) 4800 subscription licenses for Office O365 software in the A3 plan,

b) Microsoft Windows Server Client Access Licenses (CAL) 4800 units,

c) Subscription licenses for Microsoft Windows Server External Connector software in the number of 4 pieces,

d) Subscription licenses for Microsoft Sharepoint Server software in the number of 2 pieces,

e) Microsoft Virtual Desktop Access (VDA) subscription licenses per device

in the number of 300 pieces;

The licenses provided from subsection 1.1. letter a) above must enable the use of the Office O365 service in the A3 plan for 4800 employees along with a benefit license for all students of the Warsaw University of Technology, including:

1.1.1) Include all the staff and student benefits of Office O365 A3;

1.1.2) Cover Office desktop application licenses on up to five PCs or Macs per user.

1.1.3) The Office desktop application includes the following components: Access, Excel, OneNote, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher, Word;

1.1.4) Cover Office application licenses on up to five tablets and five phones per user;

1.1.5) Cover Office desktop application licenses (including Office 2019) in libraries and labs with access to MAK and KMS key;

1.1.6) Access Azure Dev Tools for Teaching (Microsoft Azure) to download free software for Education.

The licenses provided under section 1.1. letter a) must as part of the Office O365 service in the A3 plan for 4800 employees of the Warsaw University of Technology:

1.1.7) Enable meetings of a minimum of 20,000 people with Microsoft Teams Live Events;

1.1.8) Include Office 365 Cloud App Security;

1.1.9) Include Microsoft Bookings;

1.1.10) Include MyAnalytics.

or equivalent software with an equivalent license and subscription for a period of 3 years (36 months).

1.2) extend your Software Assurance (SA) for a period of 36 months from 01.12.2023 (current Software Assurance (technical support) expires on 30.11.2023) to the following perpetual licenses in the Microsoft Products and Services Agreement (MPSA):

a) Software Assurance dla Microsoft Windows Server Client Access Licenses (CAL) w liczbie 1500 sztuk;

b) Software Assurance dla Microsoft Exchange Server Standard Client Access Licenses (CAL) w liczbie 1500 sztuk;

c) Software Assurance for Microsoft Windows 10/11 Professional Device Desktop OS Upgrade in the number of 500 units;

d) Software Assurance dla Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager Client w liczbie 500 sztuk;

The subject of the order must come from a legitimate source and be intended for use in Poland.
