Mission for the monitoring of the implementation of the environmental requirements relating to the agreement on the declaration file under the Water Act and the decree derogating from the protection of species.The missions are:1.the annual monitoring of protected species and complementary species as well as the implementation and evolution of measures in the field; 2.la Drafting of an annual report for the EPA Marne and the DRIEE; 3.la ecological monitoring of construction sites; 4. Ecological expertise and follow-up of the development of PRO and WFD documents; 5. Control and Observation of the Pre-PC and DCE of private lots on the protected species and hydraulic aspect; 6.Monitoring and reporting of water retention devices; 7.Support for the creation of information documents (on-site panels, etc.); 8.Elaboration of management plans relating to the maintenance of green spaces and hydraulic structures for the two local authorities (City and Urban Community) which take over, in the operation phase, the management of public works after completion and transfer by the developer.
